This upgrade replaces the restrictive factory intercooler tubes with high-flow mandrel-bent aluminum piping for improved airflow and boost efficiency.
The BladeRunner kit features 2.5-inch hot-side tubing and a 3-inch cold-side tube, allowing smoother airflow between the turbocharger, intercooler, and throttle body. These improvements reduce turbulence and pressure loss, helping the turbo system operate more efficiently.
Testing has shown gains of up to +11 horsepower and +22 lb-ft of torque, while increasing airflow by up to 23% compared to the factory intercooler pipes.
Constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, the pipes feature a wrinkle-black powder-coated finish for heat resistance, corrosion protection, and a clean under-hood appearance.
The system includes high-strength silicone couplers and stainless steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps for durability and leak-free connections. Factory-style quick-connect adapters with O-ring seals ensure a precise fit and simple installation.
A CNC-machined blow-off valve adapter is integrated into the tube, allowing compatibility with upgraded BOV setups, and 1/8" NPT ports are included for sensors or water-methanol injection systems.
