Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Manufacturer fulfillment times
  • Holidays or peak order periods

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Freight carriers for oversized items

Shipping carriers are selected based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Shipping Time

Typical delivery time within the United States is 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Supply chain disruptions

Iron Ridge Offroad is not responsible for delays once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

Freight Shipments

Large items such as:

  • Bumpers
  • Suspension systems
  • Wheels and tires

may ship via LTL freight.

Freight deliveries may require:

  • A delivery appointment
  • Someone present to receive the shipment

Customers must inspect freight shipments before signing for delivery.

If damage is visible, it must be noted with the driver.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may prevent a claim from being filed with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
