The Bilstein B6 4600 Front Shock is a direct-fit suspension upgrade for Dodge Ram 1500 (2002–2008) / Ram 2500 (2011–2018) / Ram 3500 (2011–2018). Bilstein monotube construction and vehicle-specific damping are designed to improve ride control, handling and consistency on pavement and rough terrain.
