Returns & Warranty Policy
At Iron Ridge Offroad, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and confident in the performance of your off-road gear.
Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, hardware, and documentation.
Eligible for Return:
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items shipped
- Damaged items received
Non-Returnable Items:
- Installed or used products (unless defective)
- Custom or special-order items
- Electrical components that have been installed
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
- Receive your Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Important: Returns without an RA number may be refused. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll provide instructions for the fastest processing.
Manufacturer Warranties
Most products we sell are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by brand and product type:
Typical Warranty Coverage:
- Suspension Components: Lifetime to 5 years (varies by manufacturer)
- Bumpers & Armor: Lifetime limited warranty on structural integrity
- Lighting: 2-5 years (varies by brand)
- Electronics: 1-3 years manufacturer warranty
- Wheels: Structural lifetime warranty (finish warranties vary)
Warranty Claims:
For warranty service:
- Contact us with your order number and description of the issue
- Provide photos or videos of the defect if requested
- We'll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf
- Follow the manufacturer's warranty process for repair or replacement
Note: Warranties typically do not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, abuse, or modifications. Always follow manufacturer installation instructions and maintenance guidelines.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery
- Document any damage with photos
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you
Installation Issues
If you experience fitment or installation issues, contact us before attempting to return the product. Our team can often provide guidance or troubleshooting to resolve the issue. We're here to help ensure successful installation.
Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee may apply to:
- Special order items
- Large or oversized items (bumpers, roof racks, etc.)
- Returns without original packaging
