IAG now offers the IAG Air Oil Separator for 2017 through 2025 Ford F-150 and Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost. The IAG AOS is an excellent investment to keep your Ford running well. Our AOS design is based on years of extensive research, development and testing. Compatible with all fuel types, our AOS prolongs engine life, enhances crankcase ventilation, and works seamlessly with standard ECU calibrations.

Construction & Design

It features a spacious 1-liter cast aluminum swirl pot canister that more effectively separates oil from the PCV system upstream of PCV gasses’ return to the intake system. The heated cast aluminum housing, exceptional venting, and one-of-a-kind baffle design set the IAG AOS apart from the competition.

Installation & Fitment

Once the system is installed, there's no additional maintenance needed.

• With the OEM PCV system operating normally, the engine draws extra vacuum on the AOS assembly, further reducing PCV gas
