Construction & Design

This intercooler kit features a bar-and-plate core designed specifically for the Ranger's cooling needs, TIG-welded to cast-aluminum end tanks for durability. The mandrel-bent aluminum pipes are finished with either a polished or micro-wrinkle black coating, combining functional airflow improvements with corrosion resistance.
