2021–2024 Ford F-150 5.0L V8. SuperCab with a 6.5 ft bed or SuperCrew with a 5.5 ft bed; 145.4 in wheelbase. Not recommended for significantly lowered trucks. Does not fit Lariat models with the Black Appearance Package. Follow the supplied instructions and confirm the engine, cab and wheelbase before ordering.
