2021–2022 Ford F-150. For factory LED reflector headlights when installing compatible AlphaRex LUXX-Series or NOVA-Series headlights. Not for factory LED projector headlights. Connect the adapter harness during installation of the compatible AlphaRex lights; follow the light-specific wiring instructions.
