1997–2003 Ford F-150 2WD. Also fits 2004 F-150 Heritage 2WD. Requires a 6-inch crossmember lift kit; not a stock-height replacement. 2004 fitment is F-150 Heritage only, not the redesigned 2004 truck. Professional suspension installation is required. Check wheel alignment after installation.
