Overview

The ReadyLIFT 4.5" Coil Spring Lift Kit is a front-and-rear suspension system developed for Ram 3500 High Output Diesel (19-24) 4WD. The all-new 4.5" Coil Spring Lift Kits allow for even more ground clearance while going to a 37" tire.

Construction & Design

These kits come with heavy-duty steel radius arm drop brackets, heavy-duty fabricated steel front track bar brackets, forged dropped pitman arm, sway bar relocation brackets, and bump stop extensions preventing over-compression of the included Falcon 1.1 Monotube front & rear shocks. The 4.5" Ram HD kit includes ReadyLIFT's unique CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum Driveline Indexing System (DIS) that re-clocks the transfer case to properly align the front output shaft for improved driveline angles.
