Overview

The ReadyLIFT 5" Rear Block Kit raises the rear of Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (19-24) / Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LD (19) / GMC Sierra 1500 (19-24) / Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTD (22) using replacement lift blocks rather than stacked blocks. Actual rear lift depends on the factory block height removed during installation.

Construction & Design

Based on OEM designs and never made out of lightweight extrusions, ReadyLIFT GM Blocks are made from cast iron and have built-in anti-rotation ears. This kit only works with vehicle equipped with traditional steel leaf springs identified by square U-bolts.
