Overview

The Bilstein 24-336215 B8 5100 Ride Height Adjustable is built for the front suspension of the 2024–2026 Ford Ranger. It uses a 46mm digressive piston and vehicle-specific tuning to improve suspension control while retaining a direct-fit mounting layout.

The adjustable spring seat allows 0–2.5 inches of front lift with the original coil spring. It gives you a way to level the truck through spring-seat position while also upgrading the damper, rather than relying only on a spacer.

Construction & Design

The 46mm piston works inside a monotube damper body. Separating the pressurized gas from the working oil helps keep damping more consistent as the shock cycles over rough surfaces.

Installation & Fitment

• Transfer the original coil spring and upper mounting components. A suitable spring compressor is required, and the spring-seat position must follow Bilstein’s instructions for the desired Ranger ride height.
• Ranger Raptor is excluded. Check wheel alignment after front suspension work.
