The Cometic MLS Head Gaskets (4.120" Bore) are designed for vehicle engine. These gaskets are constructed from multi-layer stainless steel (MLS) to provide exceptional strength, sealing performance, and resistance to high cylinder pressures. The outer layers are embossed and coated with Viton, a heat-resistant fluoroelastomer, while the uncoated stainless steel center layer allows for multiple thickness options to adjust compression ratios.
