Overview

The CSF heavy-duty radiator upgrades engine cooling for the F-150 applications listed below. Its larger aluminum core supports demanding towing, off-road driving and modified-engine use.

Construction & Design

TIG-welded aluminum tanks and core replace the factory radiator's plastic-tank construction.

Installation & Fitment

2021–2025 F-150 Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost; 2023–2026 Raptor R 5.2L supercharged V8; 2021–2026 F-150 Police Responder 3.5L EcoBoost; and 2021–2026 F-150 PowerBoost 3.5L hybrid. Other standard F-150 engines are not listed for this radiator.

Designed as a drop-in replacement without vehicle modifications. Confirm engine and trim before ordering. A radiator upgrade does not increase the vehicle's rated towing capacity.
