Overview

The Fabtech 3.5-Inch Ball Joint Upper Control Arm Lift System is designed to increase ride height, ground clearance, suspension travel, and tire clearance on the 2019–2023 Ford Ranger 4WD SuperCrew. This complete suspension system combines front lift spacers, tubular upper control arms, rear lift blocks, Dirt Logic 2.25 rear shocks, and Fabtech's Offset Intrusion Beam Kit to provide a comprehensive upgrade for street and off-road use.

Front lift is achieved using steel spacers that retain the factory coilover shocks to maintain stock-like ride characteristics. Fabtech's tubular upper control arms correct front suspension geometry for the increased ride height and use extended-range ball joints to provide additional suspension travel without binding at full droop. The rear suspension receives 1.5-inch lift blocks along with Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks tuned specifically for the lifted Ranger application.

Construction & Design

Fabtech's replacement upper control arms use a heavy-duty tubular design with urethane bushings and extended-range ball joints. The revised geometry is engineered specifically around the Ranger's increased ride height to maintain proper alignment capability and allow increased suspension travel.

The included Offset Intrusion Beams are constructed from 1/4-inch thick steel with a welded box design. They replace the factory intrusion beams rather than requiring them to be cut or removed, creating additional tire clearance while retaining this structural component.

The included Dirt Logic 2.25 rear shocks feature 2.25-inch OD stainless steel bodies, 2-inch billet aluminum pistons, 7/8-inch NitroSteel black piston rods, and polyurethane mounting ends. They are pre-tuned by Fabtech specifically for the suspension system and larger tire applications.

Installation & Fitment

The Fabtech K2323DL is designed specifically for the 2019–2023 Ford Ranger 4WD SuperCrew. Fabtech notes that this kit fits SuperCrew models only.
