Overview

The FOX 987-24-021 2.5 Performance Series rear shock is designed for the 2017–2026 Ford Super Duty. It controls suspension movement in the lift configuration listed below, helping the truck stay composed on uneven roads and off-road surfaces.

Hydraulic Top Out adds position-sensitive rebound control near full extension. Oil is directed through a secondary shim stack to slow the shaft as the suspension approaches top-out, reducing harsh extension events that can be more noticeable with larger tires or lifted suspension.

Construction & Design

Installation & Fitment
