Overview

The FOX 803-35-021 orange billet upper control arm kit is designed for the 2024–2026 Ford Ranger Raptor. FOX developed the arm geometry to help correct alignment on lifted applications while allowing additional droop articulation.

The combination of billet arms, large uniballs, and chromoly heim joints supports precise suspension movement. Added caster is intended to improve straight-line tracking, making this a useful step when building a more capable Raptor suspension setup.

Construction & Design

The arms are machined from 6061 billet aluminum. Stainless-steel taper misalignment spacers and 12-point bolts provide the steering-knuckle connection, while chromoly heim joints form the adjustable inner connections.

Installation & Fitment

• Designed for Ranger Raptor; this is not a standard Ranger XL, XLT, or Lariat control arm application. Follow FOX’s joint setup and fastener torque instructions.
• A professional alignment is required after installation. Check joint articulation and surrounding clearances through full suspension travel before driving.
