Overview

Upgrade your Ranger's ride, handling, and off-road capability with the ROUSH FOX Suspension Kit. Engineered and validated for the ROUSH Ranger program, this complete suspension package combines FOX 2.0 front coilovers and rear shocks with Ranger-specific tuning for improved stability, control, and performance. The front coilovers are preset for approximately 2 inches of leveling and can be adjusted from 0–2 inches. ROUSH currently lists part 422230 for the 2019–2023 Ford Ranger.

Construction & Performance

The ROUSH kit uses FOX aluminum-body dampers designed to provide improved cooling and corrosion resistance. Up front, nitrogen-charged coilovers are paired with matched performance springs, while the rear uses aluminum-body shocks with internal floating pistons. The system was engineering-validated specifically for the ROUSH Ranger program.

Installation & Fitment

The 422230 is designed for North American 2019–2023 Ford Ranger 2WD and 4WD models. ROUSH rates installation at approximately 4 hours with an intermediate difficulty level.

Fitment Note: This suspension kit does not fit Ranger Tremor models.
