Overview

The Timbren TORTTN rear Severe-Service kit supports top-heavy loads such as truck campers. Its hollow rubber helper springs progressively resist compression to reduce loaded sag, sway, and roll.

Construction & Design

Rubber springs mount above the original leaf packs using steel brackets. This kit does not increase the vehicle's GVWR or axle ratings.

Installation & Fitment

Fits 2016–2023 Tacoma 2WD and 2005–2023 Tacoma 4WD with four-leaf rear suspension, plus 2000–2021 Tundra. Check the rear leaf configuration before ordering. Installation replaces the factory bump stops and reuses the axle U-bolts. Maintain the specified 1/2–1 1/2-inch unloaded clearance. Lifted trucks may require separately sold spacers.
